As I have said previously, Dave Campbell knows his business. On this property at 43 Geraldine Ave, it was listed on the Century 21 web site on a Tuesday, I got an email from Dave on Thursday that he would be showing it the following Monday. After he showed the property on Monday, he called me with an offer, I accepted and it was done. I realize that it doesn't always work that fast but in a little over a year Dave has sold 4 properties for me. I would say that is pretty outstanding. Dave Campbell is a good guy all around.

This was my first association with Dave. He was great at providing info on what ever my questions were. Although the sellers were using the same realtor, Dave worked for me and did a great job.
